09:30 – 09:35 · Introduction Welcome from the AI Hub. The hackathon: ~50 participants, 6 challenges at Campus Biotech on 6–7 November, teams mixing clinicians, engineers and researchers, and challenges drawn from the submitted needs. 09:35 – 09:40 · Why a library of needs 100 needs or more, as different from one another as possible. 09:40 – 09:55 · Need sprint in teams of 3–4 Everyone writes on their own first. Then each team picks its 5 strongest needs and sharpens them, and their authors enter them on the platform. 09:55 – 10:00 · Report-back Each team reads out its most unexpected need. 10:00 – 10:15 · Deep dive on one need The team picks one need and documents it: first idea, existing data, skills, constraints, evaluation. 10:15 – 10:20 · Report-back and wrap-up 10:20 – 10:30 · Coffee & Networking
